So let go over where you are going to place this code.

Google AdSense Code

First you will need to login to your WordPress Dashboard. On the left hand side you will see a menu. Locate the “Appearances”. If you just place your cursor over the word “Appearances” a sub-menu will open beside it. Click on “widgets”. This will take you to a screen where you have placed the text boxes in your columns and footers as Rory instructed you to do during the the training videos.

If you have not done this then you should go back and watch the videos again. If you missed this then most-likely you have missed a couple of things that need to be done on your site. Simply go to your training and review Step 3. You need to watch all of the video and do all the things instructed by Rory. This will ensure that you have the proper train to maintain and manage your blog site. It will also make you successful in your Link Post Blogging.

However, if you have the text boxes placed in the proper places then let’s move forward with placing the Google AdSense code. You will open up the text boxes by clicking the arrow on the right side of the text boxes (rectangle). This will open the box so you see 2 fields: “title” and “contents”. You will copy and paste your Google Adsense code into the “contents” field and leave your “title” field blank. Then click on the “save” button on the right bottom corner of the box.

You will do this on 2 text boxes in the right column, 2 text boxes in left column and 1 text box in each footer. Make sure you save each time you copy and paste the code into the contents box. That’s all there is to it! This is your temporary code for Google AdSense, once you are approved you will need to redo this process with the permanent Google AdSense code.
